Opt Hire now has four key integrated digital platforms to drive the business forward.

  • Success Factors – (people management tool) - ongoing
  • Klipboard/Inspire – (operating system)
    • Refuelling App – part of Klipboard/Inspire
    • Delivery App - Klipboard/Inspire
  • Zudello – invoice matching – 2&3-way matching
  • SAP S/4Hanna (finance tool that includes invoicing and payments)

These digital platforms have been integrated across the Opt Hire business and are being used to provide a new way of working and interacting with our ourselves, Winslow Group, customers.

  • New Portal – (Customer Portal) We now have a new portal through which we will communicate with our customers for all aspects of the booking through to site execution. The Opt Hire website is the easiest way to access the portal.
